Live Claim Policy – Creations Analia

At Creations Analia, live sales are a fun and exclusive way to shop our products. By claiming an item during a live, you agree to the following terms:

1. Claiming Items
All claims made during a live are final and binding. Once you claim an item, you are committing to complete the purchase.

2. Payment Requirement
Invoices must be paid within the specified time provided during the live.
Failure to complete payment on time may result in your claim being canceled and the item being offered to the next customer.

3. No Cancellations
Due to the nature of live sales and custom products, no cancellations are allowed once an item has been claimed.

4. No Shows / Unpaid Claims
Customers who repeatedly fail to pay for claimed items may be restricted from participating in future live sales.

5. Custom Orders from Live
If you claim a custom item during a live, you are responsible for providing all required details (colors, names, etc.) in a timely manner. Delays in sending information may delay your order.
