Cancellation & Refund Policy – Creations Analia

At Creations Analia, all products are made to order and fully customized to each client’s preferences.

For this reason, all sales are final.

Cancellations:
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed, as production begins shortly after the order is received.

Refunds:
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any orders due to the personalized nature of our products.

Exceptions:
A replacement or solution will only be offered if the item has a proven manufacturing defect, following our Warranty Policy guidelines.
