At Creations Analia, we take pride in creating high-quality, personalized products such as custom pens, tote bags, tumblers, and more. Please review the following information regarding our shipping and processing policies:

1. Processing Time
Production time may vary depending on current order volume, as each item is custom-made. Each order requires time since all products are personalized, and every piece is created with care and attention to detail. Orders are handled individually to ensure high-quality finishes and a polished final result.

2. Incorrect Addresses
Creations Analia is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping.

If the mistake was made on our end, the customer must return the item in the same condition it was received. We will cover the return shipping cost and resend the corrected order at no additional charge.

3. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
Once the package has been handed over to USPS, Creations Analia is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages that may occur during transit.
If any issues arise, customers must contact USPS directly using the tracking number provided.

Reporting Timeframe:
You have 24 hours from the time of delivery to report any issues with your order.

Process:

  • Notification: Contact us within the first 24 hours after receiving your order.
  • Evidence: Clear photos and details of the issue will be required.
  • Review: Your case will be carefully evaluated.
  • Solution: If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will replace the item at no additional cost or provide an appropriate solution.

Important:

  • Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
  • This policy does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
